They told me I need to send everything back to them, which is fine with me, but they're telling me I have to climb to the roof of the house to bring back a dish. I had DirecTV before and they told me to leave it up there. There's no way in hell I want to climb up to the roof. The guy on the phone sounded like a jerk so I'm not sure if he was feeding me misleading information. Has anyone done the same?

I just canceled my DirecTV account and they just had my send back only the receivers and said to do whatever I want to with the dish.

As I questioned the CS further he had an attitude. "It's not yours you don't own the dish so you would need to send it back."

I will call back today to get clarification. Thanks.

I have a question. I just purchased DirectTV service and got the DVR with it. We also purchased a Second DVR for $100. My question is, do I own the one I paid for?

They never take the old dishes. You need to talk to someone different.

With Dish Network, they made me send back the LNB,not the whole dish. DirecTV never made me send back any dish parts, just recievers.
