I trick or treated once, and that was when I lived with my uncle. Haloween is about like flag day for me. We never really acknowledged it, and it's not that popular down here anyway.

This is my third Haloween in my house and I've had zero trick-or-treaters in those three years. *Knock on wood*.

6th grade was the last year I trick/treated or dressed up.

I think my last trick or treating was in 8th grade but it was a half hearted effort, unlike Halloweens of the past. My Freshman year in high school I still went but it was only to take my little brother.

Never started so technically I never did stop either.

Maybe 9th grade? Maybe earlier? Who knows. I stopped caring about the actual trick or treating thing a while ago.

My wife and I avoided Halloween tonight. We turned off all the lights, the motion activated porch light, left the house and visited family in another town. When we got back to our town we decided to eat at a pizza place and avoid peak trick-or-treating times. When we finally returned home, nearly every light was turned off in every house on our street.

I'm kind of surprised by how seriously a lot of people here take Haloween. I guess if you don't have Mardi Gras and can't be outside in the winter, you need to have some fun in October. :p

11 or 12 I think. When I was 13 I started helping out with the haunted house the people next door use to set up.
