I've never relied on other people for my happiness. If you mean being fed, and stuff, then I moved out when I was 21.

It happened about a month after my son was born. I had some friends over and we were hanging out drinking some beers and someone said hey lets head downtown. Everyone got excited including me and we scrambled to get our coats and shoes and then it hit me.

My wife was at work and Trenton is asleep in the nursery....That's when I realized I was no longer just responsible for myself but another person depended on me for their well being. That's when I became a man. I was around 22 I believe.
