When did they start reairing the complete Beavis and Butthead episodes..with videos??

I was just flipping channels, and I came upon B&B being aired on MTV2....when did they start re-airing them? It's a original episode from 1997, and it is complete with the video commentary...

LMFAO...they were trying to grow corn....

First they threw it on the ground and waited...then Daria told them to feed it...so they went and got burgers, fries, and a shake, and dropped it all on the seeds.

The best part was when Beavis started freaking out and he's all like..

"GROW GROW!!!! GROW DAMMIT!!!! GRROOOOWWWW!!!"

Then he freaks out and "kicks the seeds ass"...LMAO!

Yep, my friend is a huge B&B fan. He nails Beavis doing Cornholio perfectly. He hasn't bought a single B&B video because of the lack of videos. He's been recording them all on his Tivo and transfering them to DVD instead.

I guess it's a licensing or royalty issue with the DVDs and videotapes. I can't logically explain why they would exclude some of the funnier bits otherwise.
