When did McDonalds get rid of cherry pie?

went to mcdonads the other day. only saw apple pie on the menu, and the dispenser only had apple pie poster.

I wish they still had the McDonald Land Cookies from when we were growing up. Those were so good. The cookies now are just plain graham cracker type cookies and are no where near as good.

I worked at McD '92-'95. We never had cherry pies.

The McDonalds in my area still have Cherry pies as far as I know. I've got them on a couple occasions this year. Must be a franchise thing.

I used to love them, but I think they were removed from the menu when playboy began soliciting female mcdonalds ee's for layouts, and mcdonalds just didn't want their customers to 'go there'.

It was after they got sued when a guy burned his mouth by biting into one that was just cooked.

Never noticed custard.

Cherry pie and pumpkin usually show up based on the appropriate holiday season.

Hell yea!! Those were great! I also remember cherry pies and blueberry pies when I was younger but here in NYC I only see apple pies. They are still pretty good though ..2 for a buck is always good with a cup of coffee.
