don't buy from that company!
I ordered a R8500 yesterday with the 20% coupon.
After I ordered, I found out their estimate shipping date is 01/29/02.
WTF. AtI probably will release Radeon 10000 by then.
Of coz I emailed them yesterday, but they don't seem to want to reply me back.

P.S. they know how to get their money fast, today my credit card already billed even though the shipping day won't be for another 3 months, good for them.

No they did not charge you. They just placed a hold on the amount to see if you had enough money in your account to cover it.

They'll release your funds.

You may need to call to cancel your order. Dell's pretty bad with emails. You never know, right after you cancel they may just ship the product to you because that's what happened to me and my Palm M505 order. Called them and they told me -345 in stock. Funny thing is that I got it the next day after I canceled my order. Got charge but hey, it may haved pushed me up on their list cause they didn't want to lose a sale. I was quite happpy.

I ordered a 8500 through the Dell's Small Business arm. I received an automated confirmation note from "Trevor Hoyle" and the email said he would be the contact for the transaction. I emailed him to cancel and in exactly 24 hours he wrote back saying he cancelled it.
