When can we expect SATA 3.0 SSDs?

I just got an ASUS P7P55D-E Pro motherboard, which supports SATA 3.0. Sometime in the not too distant future I want to replace my 6-year-old Raptor with a ~120GB SSD. Can we expect SSDs on the new SATA interface soon? I've been poking around but haven't really been able to find anything concrete. Of course, even a plain old SATA2 SSD would blow this crusty old drive away, but I don't wanna jump the gun too quick. 🙂
