When booking an "all inclusive" vacation in Mexico or the Carribean... "domestic drinks" means what???

Just got back from Puerto Vallarta. Domestic means whatever the local beer/spirit they can get is what you get. We drank Sol beer all week long. Not too bad. The liquor was some no-name brand I've never heard of. After drinking enough, doesn't it all taste the same?

I think we put away a few 40s of Sol on vacation Its really not bad, I drank it no problem.

Now the Red Stripe, that takes some adjusting. If they get it really cold its pretty good, as the beer warms it goes downhill quickly. We finally got them to give us a few bottles and fashioned an ice chest out of a box and some trash bags.

Local piss. It won't be watered down, because that just means you will have more. In actuality it really won't be that bad. I did this in Cuba, so it can't be worse than there, and the selection was satisfactory. I think there was only one or two beers, but it was not a bad beer.

When I stayed at the Reef Club Isla Cozumel a few years back, all-inclusive included a wide variety of spirits and beers.

Damn, reminiscing makes me want to go back... like right now... instead of being stuck here at work!

having gotten one of those packages for spring break way back when, i can tell you domestic means tecate, sol or pacifico.
