Nintendo ain't gonna die. The GBA sells ridiculous amounts of systems and games.
The figures showed Nintendo was the only console-maker to see growth in 2003. Nintendo's GameCube rallied after the company cut the consoles price to $99 in the fourth quarter, and were up 39 percent for calendar year 2003. By comparison, sales of Sony's PlayStation 2 fell 26 percent, while Microsoft's Xbox sales were 2 percent lower in 2003 than 2002.

Nintendo may be struggling in Japan, but it's doing quite well in the U.S. Text

I don't think Nintendo will ever "die."
I think well before that ever happens, Microsoft and Nintendo will ally in the market against Sony. Nintendo is actually good for Microsoft and Microsoft is good for Nintendo. They will push eachother in the market to improve. I think we will see an alliance between them during or after this next console generation.

I remember the good ole' days when the NES was kicking the crap out of Genesis games. Then the SNES came along and handed Sega their arses.
....then the sleeping giant (PS) came along.
LONG LIVE NINTENDO!!
