I'm glad my state isn't a bunch of nazis like yours.

This is what I don't get. We are forced to wear seatbelts to save ourselves, but not forced to use a car breathalizer to save others.

I'm not advocating putting the breathalizer in every car. In fact, I prefer to eliminate the seat belt law. Either way, it seems backwards to me.
