Umm, how often are the TA proxy stats updated?

The Weekstats update every half-hour on :00 and :30, and the Fullstats update every half-hour on :15 and :45.

edit: actually that's only half an answer, because those links are for the RC5-64 weekstats and fullstats. The OGR Weekstats update on :25 and :55, and the OGR Fullstats update on :10 and :40.
