When are the next wave of P4's coming out?

The last one's came out in Feb '04. Is it a good bet to say the next batch will come out in May '04?

Newer versions of Prescotts are due late May, early June.

People seem to exaggerate alot, and are the current Prescott's really as hot as people say they are? From most of the reviews I've read they are usually maybe 5C at load hotter than their northwood counterparts. The recent Anandtech review seems to confirm this too.
