When are the new AGP cards coming out?

Sooo... When are the AGP versions of the GeForce 6600 GT or ATI X700 Pro coming out? My Ti4200 isn't cutting it for playing Doom 3 or Farcry, and I don't want to get a new PCI-Express motherboard for another year or so.
