when are the lawsuits over the use of '4G' going to start

How much per month can you use? Cause at 1.5MB/s (~12Mbps) it will take you just under an hour to eat 5GBs... So... why do we need this speed again?

All the hoopla is about 2g, 2.5g, 3g, 4g and how 4g isn't really what it is. But given the speeds, i don't care what they call it.

If downloading that report, or in my case a soft proof without holding up the press any longer than needed means $$$ saved.

In any case, i've used up way more than 5gb/mo in the past and have never been throttled. Could be because of a grandfathered plan, could be something else, i don't know.
