Looks like loadmasters and pilots that are still in school (which also explains the presence of cameras documenting the drops, so they can critique their work. also explains why it's construction equipment, not military equipment, since construction stuff is similar build quality, mass and bulk, but significantly cheaper)

I try to show as much amusing stuff as I can in physics class. Or, make them critique things in movies that defy physics - "possible or not possible?"
