It's such a good feeling...we just wrapped up a similar project a couple weeks ago after months of work. It's such a relief to have everything up and working, documented, users trained on it, and everything flowing smoothly. Makes all that work worth it in the end

Yep, they are AMAZINGLY fast with responses. Helped me with a crapload of problems during the switchover. (he is with who I think he is, right?)

Apparently a woman helped me out last time..very amicable and effective.
