Tires had already show uneven wear (both tires in front have inner wear out much more than the outer side).
The tire pressure is right. (The car had a rear right tire accident before and anyway i look, the repair job did not restore it as them should be.)

So I need a Wheel alignment?

What about tire balance? do i need them?
To let the true, I do not understand what tire balance do.... anyone know?

TIA

Tire balance does just that. Balances a tire by mounting it on a machine and seeing how it spins. If not balanced correctly it will wobble. They add weights to offset the inconsistentcies of a tire or wheel.

If you've never done either I'd definitely get them done.

Alignment ~$50
Balance ~$10/tire

the wear is uneven because you nede to have them rotated. alignment is needed if your car doesnt run straight. balancing would be nice to check on, and its cheap.... so do it

Alignment and balancing can cause uneven wear.

Actually, if the tires are wearing on the inside it indicates a problem with camber. Do you have aftermarket wheels on the car because that affects the offset of the tire.

its a 1999 car. with org tire and wheel.

but as said before, a rear right tire accident. (tight turn on right and there is a post close to exit, hitting only the right rear tire. The force is so much that it "tear" and bend the links that connect the wheel. The car cannot drive over 10 miles without spinning around. After fixing the car, they do a wheel alignment.)

i should have do the rotation at 7500 interval. But last tire rotation i delay till 10000 and found out the uneven on both front wheels.

Now, i check after 1 month, the front tires show the uneven wear (they were from rear.)

BTW, when i rotate the tires, i found they can not "stand" by their own. Does it means they are not balance?
