I just had the most thrilling drive of my life. A friend of ours just got a brand new 180 HP Audi TT Roadster.
So I went pimping the car with him.
Its awesome.. The first two gears have a lot of turbo kick after which its pretty much negligent. The gear shift is a little rough and the car is a bumpy (due to its size). Its 180 HP to the rear wheels are awesome. Handling is really good due to its short wheelbase. And oh yes its probably got one of the best stock car cd-cassette systems I have ever heard.

Ah.. I now cant sleep!

Wasn't an Audi then. They are either front wheel like in the 180 hp version or AWD like in the 225 hp version.

he said it was RWD. It felt like it was FWD around a curve, but he said it was RWD. Maybe he was wrong.
BUt it handleing is awesome. It was too cold to drive with the top down, maybe tommorow. He has said I can pimp it at school when he is on business trips.

If I'm not mistaken(and I could be) but the convertable are all AWD. The only RWD TT is the one they use for DTM racing which is custom for that series. A few pics here. A front view.

I dont know.. I need to see specs of the car before figuring out which wheel drive it is. .
However its a sweet car.

Audi's are sweet When I used to help my friend install car audio and I had to pleasure of taking apart many A4's......... sweet car, very well built.
