What app are you getting this information from? It mentions bank number and the only think that is typically referred to in banks is memory.

Actually the PC sometimes crahes ingame.
Black screen, sound loop. So I tested CPU and GPU and RAM...no errors.
HDD would be the only error source left now.

Having the same exact problem! Just built a brand new PC, Installed Vista x64; and when I play games, it freezes, the sound loops and I have to physically power off the PC! When I search the event logs, I get the same Event ID as you;

I've run Prime95 for 22 hours straight, and no errors. I've run the Vista Memchecker, no errors. I've removed everything but the video card inside, and this error still occurs.

Well I figured out what my problem was. I was using a new Nvidia GTX-295 video card; and apparently the drivers were the cause. I used every driver I could find, including the recent beta drivers....to no avail. I popped in my two Radeon HD4850's in crossfire from my old setup, and presto! I've been gaming for the last 2 hours!

It is an outright shame, that Nvidia remains the laughing stock on the industry with their piss-poor drivers and compatibility!

ATI FTW!
