I don't know, I like something expressive or a sweet beat. Maybe "coo coo cal- my projects" or something else like that. Something to keep me going. Rock...etc. Korn? Sure.


What are yours? Or if you don't have one, what would it be?


(I guess you could say this is like sort of a you're kicking-someone's-a$s song)

i work construction in the spring/summer/fall so whatever is on the radio is what i listin to during my 'work out' ;)

Just turn on the radio and listen to whatever doesn't have commercials and doesn't suck

If I had to pick though - anything with a lot of distortion on guitars, like a Godsmack or something along those lines.

Ha. This is why I like getting older - my workout song these days is Wasting Away Again in Margaritaville. Exercise consists of waving my hand at my family to bring me another drink.

The exercise part includes being chased around by irate family members, getting my own drink, and forcing someone out of my chair.

Actually, I usually just watch the news. I guess if I'm in a pissed off mood, I'll put on Rage or Maralyn Manson or Adema... but usually it's just the news. I know. I'm boring.
