What's your typical breakfast?

Option 1:
3-egg cheese omlette
3 strips of bacon -OR- 2 sausage patties
water & coffee


Option 2:

low-carb bagel w/ cream cheese -OR- 2 slices low carb toast
cottage cheese
fresh fruit (strawberries, grapefruit, etc...)

Mmm...Sounds exactly like what I'd eat - If I ever ate breakfast 🙁
 
kashi go lean (high protein cereal) with skim milk
or
plain oatmeal with raisins and protein shake
or
1 piece of bran loaf with peanut butter and a ff yogurt (fridays only)

and a coffee and a glass of water.

if i am still hungry i have a piece of fruit
