Scrolling aorund anandtech, I came to the conclusion, that among all of the users here, surley some are lifters. As such, I was wondering If anyone would post thier 3 lift total?(benchpress, Squat and deadlift) Clean and jerk/ Powerclean would be fun too. Keep lifting!
 
I havent lifted in a while, but when i was i think i was hittin 140-150 on the bench, an i cant remember abou tthe rest.

I might add, post your weight an height too.

Im 6' 180lbs
 
Bench - 315
Squat - 445
Dead - 495
Total - 1255

Those aren't current, unfortunately. Bench would be close, squat and dead nowhere near, due to knee problems. 🙁
 
Been lifting consistantly since 85. I no longer do max lifts, but I routinely do the following:

315 incline for 5-6
405 front squat for 5-6
315 bent row for 8
225 military press for 8
135 barbell curl for 6

I no longer train triceps, calves or hamstrings, as I have good genetics for these muscle groups, and they get enough work from my other lifts.

Just shy of 6'1". bodyweight is somewhere around the 230 range. 38 yrs of age. Last winter I got my bodyweight all the way up to 250, and I was strong as an ox, but I felt very sluggish.
