That's not appealing to me at all...now cream of sumyungchik is pretty decent...
I'm not a big fan of any of the "cream of" soups. IMO, the majority of them are OK for use in recipes...but not by themselves. HOWEVER, my MiL used to make a fabulous Cream of Potato soup that was almost a meal by itself. My wife makes a good Cream of Potato soup...but it's not as good as her mom's was. (even though it's the same recipe)
