What's your take on the best "cream of" soups?

Broccoli or Tomato. Sometime you have to go to Panera and get a 1/2 tomato mozzarella panini + cup of tomato soup. So good!

I've heard cream of sumyunggai is okay. I've never tried it myself.

That's not appealing to me at all...now cream of sumyungchik is pretty decent...:D


I'm not a big fan of any of the "cream of" soups. IMO, the majority of them are OK for use in recipes...but not by themselves. HOWEVER, my MiL used to make a fabulous Cream of Potato soup that was almost a meal by itself. My wife makes a good Cream of Potato soup...but it's not as good as her mom's was. (even though it's the same recipe) :rolleyes:

Last cream of broccoli I had was like green paste. Not good at all.
But broccoli and cheese soup is good.
I guess I cant vote.
