what's your success rate for inserting usb right side up?

Is it really that hard to remember the orientation of the USB ports on your devices? I mean, if people took the "pull" or "push" signs off doors, it sounds like some of you would walk face first into the door day after day after day, without ever learning "oh, you've gotta pull this one to open it."

I'm guessing it just seems so trivial to try it one way, then try it the other way, that you don't take the 2 seconds on the first attempt with a new device to make a mental note of which way it goes.

look, sometimes you accidentally try to put it in the wrong hole. it happens
