What's your rent?

Curious as to how much rent you folks are paying... and by rent, include utilities/electrice/phone/cable/internet. And just wondering about apartments. Living around here is so damned expensive 🙁

1 room $350 without heating, gas and electricity.

All the extra stuff is payed seperately from different companies.

(oops i voted before i read ur thing so i just voted my "rent" not all included)

1bd/1ba = 412 (incl water/gas)
+ phone = $30
+ elec = $60
+ cable = $50
+ internet = $6 (go go dialup and access4less 😀)

= about $560 a month in Tucson, AZ

This place is a piece of crap though, I need to get a house dammit 🙁

Phoenix AZ. Paying 585 for a 1bd/1bath apartment, no W/D, Water/electric/gas included. I pay a total of 126 for my cable internet, digital cable, and my unlimited long distance telephone. Not too shabby, compared to ther places though. I just wish I had a W/D.

I voted $300-450 based on the question in your poll, not your post. Oops.

1 Bedroom
$395 a month
$80 for cable and Internet
$75 for electricity
$15 for phone
------------------
$565 a month split two ways. That was last year, I don't live in an apartment now.

$1280 for 2 bedroom, 2 bath

I split this with an apartmentmate so it isn't too bad.

Need to get out of California...

i rent a room from my friend's house.. $620 a month for rent.. about.. $60 ish for utils... so it runs about $680 a month.. i get my own room.. and no one uses the bathroom i use, even though it's the house bathroom.. my other two roommates share the master bathroom.. so it's essentially my bathroom but when we have guests, they use "mine"

I had a one-bed appt in Minneapolis. Ran ~700 per month, with utilities, plus phone, cable, and parking. That was downtown - before that, I lived about 1 mile North, paid 600 / month plus utilities, but had an entire floor to myself (6 rooms including kitchen).

$405/mo for everything (heat, water, electricity, Bband, cell phone, truck insurance, school loan) in central MN. I live in a house with a coworker (her's) in central MN. Cheap yes, but as I see it, hell shouldn't be expensive.
