Crack eggs, mix with fork, put in hot pan, scramble in pan, eat. Not too difficult.

Crack open some eggs, scramble them with a fork, then cook them in a pan.

I like to add syrup to mine when they are done.:)

Forget scrambled! have a french omelette ;)3 eggs2 tablespoons watersalt/pepper to tastewhatever filling desired E.G. ham, peppers(any color), tomatoes, cheese, scallions, salsa, sausage, blah blah blah....stir eggs and water till well blended and pour in non-stick pan preheated on med-high.lift edges of omelette as it seta and tilt pan to allow runny part to go under and meet hot pan.when omlette becomes semi-firm and there is little runny part add filling in strip along middle. fold each side of omeltte over so that it resembles a burritto. lower heat and cook until filling is hot top with your favorite(mine is salsa and more cheese w/scallions) and serve ;)

Crack two or three or 40 eggs into a bowl, spend several minutes removing any shell fragments and those horrible strange things that look like something you hacked up after a bad night. Whisk them babies with a dash of milk, salt, pepper, and maybe a little grated cheese (or whatever ya like). Pour into a lightly buttered skillet and mix them as they cook on a low to medium heat with something from Spatula City.

No oysters.

No thanks. Eggs are bad for you! :D

I use Egg Beaters and only eat them maybe once a week, if that.

Judging by the recipes, most of you don't give a rat about your diet :)

My dear old grandpa used to make the best scrambled eggs in the world and he taught me and I'll teach you. Just try this and see if they're not the best you ever had. The secret is not to break the yolks until the white is almost cooked. You stir the whites up until they're fairly cooked then brealk the yolks and continue stirring. Something else that is very important is to not over cook them. Just cook them until there's no more snotty stuff.....cook them to much and they taste yolk and nothing else!

Get crackin'

Just to let everyone know... adding water will make your eggs fluffier then milk will.

I dont know if anybody else does this but:

Heat the pan to a VERY high heat.
Put in butter and let it melt
Immedietly put the eggs in and turn off the flame

the eggs will be cooked from the heat in the pan and will be nice and soft due to the low heat. It only works for 1 - 2 eggs though.
