Where a real grill is NOT an option...

For steaks, burgers, chicken, do you prefer a skillet or a george forman grill (I have a little one that grills
from the top and bottom, and a large round one that grills only from the bottom)

I have some sirloin marinating, and I'm trying to decide which to use, skillet or forman..

Skillet....the Foreman grill is only for like quick things. For a sirloin use the skillet. The Foreman grill will drain all the fat away....or u could use the Foreman grill and just prop it up so the fat doesn't drain away.

if you prop the foreman wouldn't that basically be a skillet??

i'm assuming the OP will be using the skillet on the stove, if so, is it electric or gas??

hmmm, so it's really a matter of what you want done with the fat then isn't it.

if you want it to drain off use the foreman, if not, use a skillet.
