I still have a microwave I bought in 1983, a Tappan space saver. Only 750 watts but that was the max available at that time, It still works perfect so I refuse to chuck it!..

We had a GE stove-top with the push button design, one day I came home from school, made a burger then took a nap only to be awakened to a house full of smoke and a flaming fry-pan, once it cooled the cat decided to jump up to the stove and lick the grease, stepping on the "hi" button, almost caught the kitchen on fire!

Oldest as in longest ive owned it. I've got a portable TV stampped 1981 on the back. I use for playing Genesis games. It's hooked up to an antenna for emergencies.

Built the house in 2005, and all the appliances were installed then, so I'm at 7 years. I read somewhere that the average appliance lasts 10 years now, so I'm screwed when they all go out at once.

Until recently most of our appliances were from the 70's but over the last couple years we started replacing them. Our furnace and AC are still from the 70's and they're horribly inefficient.

I am embarrassed to say that most of my appliance are 1994. fridge(no water dispenser), micro, washer and dryer. No desire to replace them. Hopefully I can get 10 more years out of them so I can brag on this thread.

Wolf gas range. Has to be from the 60s-70s. Great units, I have seen them in many old homes. They seem to last forever.

My mom also has a 1980s Panasonic microwave. The interface on it is hilarious compared to modern microwaves. It makes perfect sense, in an engineer sort of way, once your sort it out.

2. Set your cooking time (4 buttons: 10 minutes, 1 minute, 10 seconds, 1 second, enter your time accordingly)

It is fun to see people be completely confused when they try to warm up their slice of cold pizza later on in the night.

The furnace is original to the house, circa 1968. The drill press is 1954. We have hardware from the 1880s (maybe 1870s or earlier on a couple things) and tools from the 1890s, still in use.
