I can't pick just one... S.I.N. by Ozzy Osbourne is a song I can listen to over and over again and not get annoyed or tired of it after a while though.

*EDIT* Road to Nowhere is another one... No More Tears is my favorite album of his.

If I had to pick just one, I'd cheat a little and say all the parts of Shine On You Crazy Diamond. I'll bet I've listened to that album at least a few hundred times. It's amazing.
