Rinsing drinking glasses in hot water before I use them, even though they are clean out of the cupboard.

Yep, I do this every time.
It's tough for me to list every little thing OCD thing I do, but let's just say I have a lot of little ticks quite similar to that.
 
OH.....where to begin with this one?

I would have to say whenever I start a task (especially cleaning something), I cannot under any circumstances just stop in the middle. I have to finish it completely no matter what else is going on around me or what ever else I have to do or wherever I have to be.

all my money in my wallet has to be facing the same way, and in the proper orientation... usually in numerical order. there's more, but I can't think of anything offhand.

I know to the 3rd decimal place - my cars fuel efficiency on the last tank. I keep a running total of what I believe is in the tank.
I check driver versions, software version, config files, and other customizations dozens of times on computers we send to our customers (they go on boats that may never get back to the USA).

I do that ALWAYS and I usually pull out the crumbled bills first.

hmm I always trim my finger nails every day so they are as thin before I start to bleed, and I take off any rough/dead skin that's attaches.

I chew my gum in a certain order and never change that. I never have 2 peices of one and not 2 of another lol

no because first, i would never order fries in a place that required a knife and fork. 😉
but to answer your quetsion, if there was a knife and fork, i would use them and eat the entire fry as my fingers would not touch them.

wait a sec...i was at a nice steak house recently and did order fries and used my hands and did not eat the ends there either!
