What's your Internet Age?

Just over 10 years IIRC, when I first moved in with my wife (girlfriend then). Slow as
sh!t, but I thought it was the greatest thing since sliced bread.

I'm only 16, but i've been on the intarwebs since grade 2. We actually had a 14.4 modem intil 99'. I remember thinking "Holy crap! 56K IS AMAZING!"

I used to look up sonic the hedgehog sites ^_^

I was in an educational training film for the intarwebbbs in school in.... 1993. Ironic thing is that the studio folks brought all the equipment (modems, computers, etc.) with them - our school didn't actually have internets until 1997.

I first heard of the internet on a "Schoolastic" "newspaper" thing that they hand out every month or week or so during elementary school, calling it the information superhighway, and it had a pic of a truck going through a highway, haha. That was around 1993

I'm in the 10+ club... I really wouldn't consider that old, though. I mean, 1996? I was a freshman in high school.

got my first computer / internet connection in 1994... I was 12.

I had a 28.8 modem running AOL. I thought I was king-****** when I jumped to 56K.

That would've been... 97?

Late 1995 on a 14.4 modem. Used AOL and WOW until finally getting Mindspring in 1997.
