I'm one of those people that are hard to buy gifts for, but I've given out a few small ideas to people that have asked.

I still have some old HD-DVDs (insert heckling here) that I'd like to replace with their Blu-Ray equivalents.
I'm tired of the disorganization in my kitchen in regard to spices, so I asked for a spice rack to take care of that.
I could use some more ink for my printer.

There are some larger items that I've considered buying myself, but didn't because I couldn't guarantee that they would get enough use for their price. An example of that is a toaster oven. Hmm... I think I need more manly items on my list.

Big tanks are awesome, I'd love to have one if not for the maintenance. If I was truly a baller, I'd leave it to a pro; but I have too many other hobbies.

One of the guys from my old office spent something like $20-30k to do a big wall tank and it was like something from a theme park.
