That's what started all of this. Can't conceal the .38 in my jeans pocket so I go to the gun store......

Figured I can move up to the .40, dockers pocket or IWB for the jeans. Sell my 3 9mm+ammo and cut back on the different types of ammo I have.
Pocket carry in general is hard to pull off even with mouse guns...I wouldn't even if I could, takes too long to draw IMO but always better than nothing at all...maybe find another 9mm if you want to keep things simple, cheaper ammo by nearly 50% over .40

Ordered two of these Radion lights to hang over my 120G in-wall reef tank.

LED lights? Reef tank? Really? That works? Correct color spectrum? Enough light?

26ft Ladder... check. (makes about a 11-12 ft A frame which I need)

Impact Wrench... check.

Air Compressor... check.

What else, I am not sure. Pretty excited for the wrench, and the AC will be nice to have. Any other things are a bonus.

This, I dont remember buying anything for a particular festival or occasion. Whenever I feel like buying something I go for it and never wait for a certain date.

If I had one wish that I could wish this holiday season, it would be that all the children to join hands and sing together in the spirit of harmony and peace. If I had two wishes I could make this holiday season, the first would be for all the children of the world to join hands and sing in the spirit of harmony and peace. And the second would be for 30 million dollars a month to be given to me, tax-free in a Swiss bank account. You know, if I had three wishes I could make this holiday season, the first, of course, would be for all the children of the world to get together and sing, the second would be for the 30 million dollars every month to me, and the third would be for encompassing power over every living being in the entire universe. And if I had four wishes that I could make this holiday season, the first would be the crap about the kids definitely, the second would be for the 30 million, the third would be for all the power, and the fourth would be to set aside one month each year to have an extended 31-day orgasm, to be brought out slowly by Rosanna Arquette and that model Paulina-somebody, I can't think of her name. Of course my lovely wife can come too and she's behind me one hundred percent here, I guarantee it. Wait a minute, maybe the sex thing should be the first wish, so if I made that the first wish, because it could all go boom tomorrow, then what do you got, y'know? No, no, the kids, the kids singing would be great, that would be nice. But wait a minute, who am I kidding? They're not going to be able to get all those kids together. I mean, the logistics of the thing is impossible, more trouble than it's worth! So -- we reorganize! Here we go. First, the sex thing. We go with that. Second, the money. No, we got with the power second, then the money. And then the kids. Oh wait, oh jeez, I forgot about revenge against my enemies! Okay, I need revenge against all my enemies, they should die like pigs in hell! That would be my fourth wish. And, of course, my fifth wish would be for all the children of the world to join hands and sing together in the spirit of harmony and peace. Thank you everybody and Merry Christmas.

pics of tank? I like aquariums...

I just spent the weekend to take down my 210G into a temporary 90G. I need to repolish the whole tank and redo the plumbing to move it into a bigger 150G sump in the basement.

210G almost stripped out:

All my corals shoved into a 90G below. They just went into sleeping moonlight mode as I took the pictures, so I might post some more pics of the tank under regular light if anyone is interested.

Nice pics, deanx0r.

How much is the investment for the whole thing (tank, accessories, fishes, etc.)? If you don't mind me asking.

As for me, I just bought a brand new 42" HDTV and the laptop is still fairly new so I guess I am good for this year.

I am still running 250W Radium HIDs for now, but running them is too cumbersome when you factor in replacement bulbs every year, water chiller and constant noisy fans in the canopy. I've played around with some LED (Ecoxotic Panorama) last year, but they were barely enough to sustain LPS or softies in a 18in tall tank. They wont penetrate a 30in tank but might be ok for a frag tank.

Those Radion LEDs use 5W and 3W bulb with assorted optics for better water penetration and spreading. The LED I used were driven at 1W with no optics at all. I've seen the Radion in person and they look as good as HIDs with the option to change your colour spectrum at will.

My parents have asked for a list of stuff that my girlfriend I would like, but, I haven't given them anything yet. I thought about asking for the Galaxy Nexus, but I'll be buying it the day it drops, assuming it's ever released.

I went all out for my parents this year though. Got my mom a Kindle Fire, and a 43" Samsung plasma for my dad. I might throw in a Roku as well, and let them use my Netflix account on it. They're not expecting it at all. It's gonna be awesome.

Oh boy... I stopped counting years ago. I've spent maybe 9-10k at most over the past 5 years with everything included. That's for five tanks, equipment, livestock, and maintenance (about $150 monthly for water, electricity and food). I got most of my hardware for really cheap from people exiting the hobby, and I spent most of my money on system crashes, mostly due from my sorry ass trying to be as cheap as possible :D

Many people here hoard computers and gadgets... I hoard aquariums! Kids love them.
