Really?!😵

No wonder they look the same... But yeah, before MSI Afterburner auto adjusting the GPU Fan my card was at 100C + and the GPU is at 99% usage - my game artifacts or stutters every 5-10 minute... and this is only playing MOH Multiplayer at 1600x1050 60MHz 4xAA and everything on highest settings... 😱 ... is this normal for a factory overclocked GTX 470? Anyhow at 100C+ it did a good job warming up my room!

Using Afterburner and PC Wizard
Idle=50ish C
Load=80ish C
Card is MSI GTX-480
The card is running extremely hot to the touch while full load
I'm considering a 580 since my desktop is actually a HTPC (see sig).

9800GT 512MB
- idle @ 60
- Load @ 85

The G92 cards run pretty hot.
My 8800GT idles at 65 and loads at 95.

I have considered upgrading the HSF, but I plan on getting a new video card in the near future.

twin frozr II GTX465 @ 800mhz core and 4000mhz memory with vcore @ 1.025 tops out around 65-68 degrees in gaming with fan speed at 55%. 76 degrees in afterburner with fan speed at 60%. Inside an Antec 900 case.
