What software do you use for watching, recording, scheduling, timeshifting and so forth TV on your PC?

And why? I'm looking to buy some after being appauled with the WinTv2000 software packaged with my new TV-card...

+ Points Are:
Compatibility with Hauppauge WinTv-Nova-T PCI
Compatibility with DVB
Recording/pausing/timeshifting
Well though-out scheduler (e.g. one that stays minimised in system tray, comprehensive programme guide)
Remote control
Ability to record in a compressed format, such as DivX, for example
Reasonable price

Fire away!
