It's called a roadie. We came up with it at a bar I used to work at.

Take a loaf of french bread and slice it in half longways.

Now, throw on some ham, salami, american cheese, motzarella cheese, provalone cheese, and some pizza sauce and stick it in an oven for a little bit to make the outside of the bread crunchy.

OMFG! Talk about damn good eats!

For healthy sandwiches I like turkey, mayo, spicy mustard, swiss, onions, sun dried tomatoes, and sprouts. With a small bit of oil and vinegar.

Other than that, philly cheese steaks are one of mankinds greatest creations. Nothing beats a mushroom cheese steak with extra peppers.
Oh yeah, and those Vietnamese sandwiches, I can't remember the name off the top of my head right now. Tasty little things, and cheap too.
