Tenderloin/Filet Mignon, just had some marsala tenderloin the other night, it was excellent!

My favorite is to pick up a tenderloin, roast it until its medium-rare, then sear it on the grill for about 1-2 minutes on each side.

I season it while roasting. Marinades are for wimps.

Well it used to be filet, but I've been buying a lot of tri-tip steaks lately and grilled right, they are superb.

Wow...what great info. At restaurants I usually order the prime-rib medium-rare. Tasty. But at home ribeye seems to be the choice.

And another thing. A lot of people seem to want their steaks cooked medium-well to well. That just ruins the meat to me. I even seen them dip it in ketchup. I like it plain. No ketchup. No A-1. No 57. Just plain meat.
