Hockey. It's fast paced, baseball is too slow and boring for me to watch, but I do enjoy playing baseball.

Baseball sucks. Hockey is soooo repetitive. So is Baseball.

Football all the way followed by Basketball playoffs.

Thats right. Baseball sucks!! Not playing, just watching.

I voted for football but I must say that I only watch College Football. The NFL sucks.

Live Baseball. Also the World Series is my favorite sport to watch on TV. Last years series and the Indian/ Marlin World Series were awesome.

Football use to be but now that the league has been watered down and mediocre teams like the Ravens and the Patricias are winning the Superbore it's become rather boring.

Motorcycle racing: particularly road racing.

As far a the "ball sports" go...I really enjoy baseball, but like rugby or aussie rules whenever I can find it on the tube.

<< Live Baseball. >>

Is there anything better than sitting in an open air park for a double header? It has to be one of lifes greatest pleasures. Baseball is my absolute favorite sport to watch in person rather than on TV.

I don't really have one, any sport that comes on tv seems to be too boring and long. I like playing most sports but I can't stand watching live or on the tele.

But I guess I can watch college football the longest before I fall asleep or turn it to something else.

Definitely college football. I don't like the NFL very much. And I usually watch March Madness, but no other basketball games. And usually the NHL playoffs, as well. But the only one that I watch regularly from the start of the season to the end of the season is NCAA football.

I think the reason people enjoy watching racing is because it's of interest to them. You probably really have no interest in racing, so you don't understand why people watch it. I really have no interest in tennis, so i don't understand why you would want to watch it.

For the record, I also watch bicycle racing whenever its on. I prefer to participate in that particular sport tho. The whole "what is a sport and what is a game and what is a pastime" thing is really for another thread don't you think?

Go read the "Baseball: boring or not?" thread if you want a discourse on why a certain sport is boring to some and fascinating to others.

Link to BB thread.

The NHL playoffs is the best sports tournie around (March Madness comes close because of the single-elimination). For the regular season, you can't beat the NFL because every game means so much.
