At present, soccer is my favorite to play and watch. I play on an indoor soccer team and a co-ed city league outdoor team with others from my grad school.

Basketball for watching and playing. Mountain biking too.

I like playing tennis and baseball as well, but I don't really care to watch it.
 
Well, playing would be basketball and footy
Watching woudl be footy first, then basketball

I like to play basketball and watch football, I also like long walks on the beach and getting caught in the rain.

Soccer is so much fun to play. I play it once a week with my team. We continue by ourselves even though the season is over. What is cool about soccer is that their is always something that you can do, and are doing. Not like baseball, which I used to play, where much of the time is standing around.
 
Rugby

I assure all of you who like contact sports. Watching high level rugby is THE most exiting spectator sport. (It helps to understand the game...)
