My favorite plate lunch consists of (3) scoops of rice and roast pork with stuffing, gravy all over. If we're talking "local" style, I would have to say the mix plate from Richie's. That has fried mahi, teriyaki beef, rice, salad, and boneless chicken.
Whoa, all this talk about food is making me hungry....
