What's your favorite P4 mobo solution?

After many years of being an avid AMD fan I have decided to give the P4 a try. I have been reading reviews galore on P4 mobos and all it has done is confuse me more. So, I thought I would ask those that actually use them what they feel is the best out there right now. I will be using this mostly for gaming and already have the following hardware to mount on it.

1. P4 2.4 CPU
2. 1 gb Corsair XMS PC3500CL2 (2x512)
3. Radeon 9700 Pro

I am more interested in chipset opinions than particular brand, however, brand suggestions are welcome.

I am considering the following

Granite Bay
845 PE
SIS 655

Any other suggestions?

If you're not going to buy different memory, you can remove the 850 chipset from your poll. :p

No, I do not plan on overclocking; however, I do like to play around with the BIOS from time to time in order to tweak memory, etc.. for certain games.

After reading the new review on the Gigabyte SINXP1394, I think this is THE P4 motherboard! Now for the P4 HT2 800MHz 1MB of L2 Prescott CPU's.

i845PE (Epox4PEA+ in my case) with PC3200 Corsair XMS. Intel P2.53@3gig, 9700Pro. This rig will last me at least a year...then I will look at the 800Mhz bus Pentiums and hyper-threading. Pretty good bang for my buck right now....
