Random static on the radio > Longines Symphonette > Polish-Jamaican Calypso-Polka fusion > Tiny Tim's Tribute to Frank Sinatra > 1001 Strings > The Marine Corps Choir's ill-fated 50 Cent cover album > (pause for deep breath) Atonal avant guard kazoo music > Lawrence Welk's brief late '60's psychadelic period > Wayne Newton > Neil Diamond. <-------Slightly exaggerated for effect.

Neil Diamond is inarguable proof that sometimes less really is less.

In the mod lounge, we have Neil Diamond piped in 24/7. And not just his songs, but Neil rants, Deep Thoughts by Neil, Neil holding forth on all things Neil, and eight hour long real time recordings of Neil snoring and occassionally screaming out startling obscenities while asleep. We think it sets a tone, and it all seems to have a much needed calming effect on the Violently Insane Mod.

That is a keeper! Possible sig material.
