My wife made miso-glazed salmon the other night and it was awesome.

Anyone have any favorite low-carb recipes they'd like to share?

Lemon Pepper Salmon
  • Season salmon with lemon pepper spice
  • Melt some butter in a pan
  • Mince 1tsp fresh garlic into the butter
  • Fry salmon fillet, searing it on the outside, until it is dry and flaky on the inside
Awesome stuff!

I like to have steak with some seasoning done on Foremen grill. Quick and easy.

Plate of about 40 pepperonis spread out. Throw cheese on top and maybe some bacon. Heat in oven or microwave.

Also, about half the time, I go to McDonalds and get the $1 double cheese burgers. I get about 3, tear off the buns, and chow down on the meat and cheese. It's cheap, quick, and saves me the trouble of making anything.

Fresh whole salmon is my favorite in salmon. Don't cook salmon as previously suggested, dry and flaky IMO. It is much tastier, I've finally learned, soft and moist, i.e. not overdone. I broil the whole fish with dill inside the body cavity and outside.
