I also kind of liked Juhani's "I WILL BE YOUR DOOM!" I mean, isn't she supposed to be one of the good ones?

It's funny when the grunts scream "Not again!" in Halo when you tag them with a 'nade. Seems like it would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, but...

Just about everything Minsc says is quoteable. Same for the Gnome, Jan. I also liked the little rants from Jon Irenicus (played brilliantly by David Warner).

Enjoyed most of the rhetoric from Deus Ex. Many of the conversations have quoteworthy lines.

"I was a ninja. My Kung Fu was strong." Max Payne 1.
And just about every cutscene line from Max 2.

"Z" had some great lines, but I'd have to reinstall the game to see them again and it was DOS-based.
Same for most of the in-game monologue from Dungeon Keeper 1 and 2. That narrater was a sick little monkey. :D

EDIT: Oh, yes. Almost everything from the droids in KOTOR 1 and 2.
"Is that the price of fredom?" WC4. Bunch of others, but its been too long to remember.

Or Quake3:
"Impressive! Exelent! Perfect!"
