It was a tossup between Q and H, had to go with H.

Q is completely worthless without U. But there is nothing unique about QU, as it can be phonetically switched with KW. So Q doesn't really have to exist.

H is very soft sounding and used quite a bit. But its power is in combining with other letters, such as Ch, Th, Sh, and redundantly Ph.

Interesting fact: A and B come from Alpha and Beta (Greek letters), which in turn come from the Phoenicians, and started off in Proto-Canaanite (early peoples of what is now Israel and Palestine) alphabets. Aleph/alpha = ox, bet/beta = house, and the letters (like most letters) were originally glyphs resembling an ox head and a house, respectively.

Maybe I'm just hungry, but now I want to go home and bbq an ox :p

I never really thought about it and I don't think I'll spend much energy doing so. With that said, I'll go with "S", because my Initials are SS.
