What's your favorite food that's good for you (healthy)?

Sitting around the bar last night with friends, started discussing our favorite foods. Not a one was in the "healthy" food group.

It took a while to come up with one, but finally I got "fresh caught bass, grilled with a little olive oil & onions".

Any other favorite healthy foods?

Bananas...probably 3 a day...
Apples...probably 2-3 a day...

Tuna...probably 4 cans a week...

All good stuff...

Fresh Salmon Terriyaki grilled\broiled with steamed broccoli and smashed califlower OR mashed potatoes with the skins on.

Actually my family eats pretty healthily, the worst the girls eat is Chicken fingers or pizza once (sometimes twice 😱) a week.

We eat whole grain everything, they don't drink soda, very little juice... When we do buy processed foods it is the most healthy available, like all beef skinless hotdogs... things like that...

Morning Star hotdogs are pretty good with melted fat free cheese and grilled onions. (I love my Forman) Not healthy persay but not bad for me either.

For those of you eating tunafish sandwiches, what condiments do you add? I try and avoid mayo, since it's so damn fattening, but I haven't really found a good substitute.

Not Fat Yogurt with Fresh Fruit (every Morning)
Tuna (5 time a week at least)
Grilled Veggies (almost every night for dinner)
Grilled Chicken and other meats, most are lean and those that are not are eaten in smaller proportions.

Tuna, grilled chicken, lean meat dishes, salmon, fresh veggies and fruit thoughout the day, i don't like cooked veggies of any kind.

Anytime I eat tunafish (which includes sandwiches), I usually add Franks Extra hot sauce and black pepper.
