Fresh Tuna. My friend's parents used to own a commercial fishing boat and we went out with them one time caught some nice yellowtail and made sushi on the boat! I think this is illegal however because you're supposed to have your catch checked out, but it was friggin tasty!
 
Tuna steaks are the best! I can't wait to get back out on my boat and catch me some fresh tuna this summer/fall.
 
I love salmon, I could eat that anytime...I don't often eat fish in general to know what others I like/don't like, but I've never been too fond of catfish...just seems flavorless to me.
