Would have probably voted for Tim Horton's if it were on there. And, no, I'm not Canadian.

is it a drive-thru?

Yes it is, it definitely wouldn't be my first pick if I were going for non-drive-thru places.
;)

Edit:

Oops, its Back Yard Burgers

I've never even heard of:

Bojangle's
Carl's Jr.
Church's Chicken
Del Taco
Jack in the Box
Taco Del Mar
Back Yard Burgers
In-N-Out

Some don't even sound like franchises to me. And um, where on earth is Rally's (Checkers) in that list? :)

Bojangles, In-N-Out, and Del-Taco are more regional offerings. (Looks like you live in California) Hardees and Carls Junior are the exact same place with the exact same menu. (Hardees is east of Oklahoma and CJ's is from OK westward. CJ's bought Hardees out in the 90's.)

You should add other regional FF places as they are brought up or remove the three I mentioned. I vote you add some regional places if they are brought to your attention. Here in the middle of the country there are four good places I would like to mention. They are popular especially in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas and Missouri.

Taco Bueno - Beats the hell out of Taco Bell. The food is more Tex-Mex in nature, but everything is made fresh and not on some assembly line in China.

Braums (Awesome ice cream and hamburgers. They also have a market in the restaurant where you can by fresh milk, bread, eggs, meat cheeses, half gallons of ice cream and fresh cookies.) Braums is really popular in the Oklahoma City and Dallas area. Yes they have a drive thru.

Taco Mayo - Another Taco Bell clone that does a better job. Not as good as Taco Bueno, but better than Taco Bell.

Wataburger - Great burgers made the old fashioned way. Extremely popular in Texas and Oklahoma.

These are the places I would vote on. The top one in this bunch is Braums. Great ice cream and old fashonied shakes just go great with a great burger.
