What's your favorite cheese?

Anyother non-processed cheese is #2.

Processed cheese... dead last

Anyway, my favorite is Dubliner. Cheshire, Caerphilly, Edam and Paranno closely follow. An aged Gouda can be excellent, especially a goat Gouda.

I recognize Gouda but the others...not so much.
