Pepperjack definitely. I also go for any extra sharp cheddar variety.

i had some habanero cheese that was outstanding.


but yes pepper jack is my favorite.

depends on what I'm eating.

I like pretty much all kinds of cheese. Yes, I even like processed cheese, especially Kraft.

same. it depends on what im eating. but so far really heavent found many cheese's i don't like.

Another vote for pepperjack.

Cheese is such a wonderful thing. You can put it on almost everything.

Out of all the cheeses in the world, you choose pepperjack?

Anyway, my favorite is Dubliner. Cheshire, Caerphilly, Edam and Paranno closely follow. An aged Gouda can be excellent, especially a goat Gouda.

I recognize Gouda but the others...not so much.
