Yeah, IE8 is actually shaping up very nicely.

Firefox for torbutton, noScript, and GreaseMonkey, never mind the thousands of other add-ons. That said, if Chrome had a similar library I'd switch in a heartbeat.

FF was way too slow...but then I disabled a bunch of addons and it was better. I still use Chrome, though.

Not at all. Neither Ford nor Chevy invented the car, and both companies advanced in the marketplace through innovation and competition. Microsoft used their dominance in the operating system market to force their originally inferior product on the public. They strong-armed channel partners into giving IE better desktop placement and eventually drove Netscape into bankruptcy through predatory practices. Even now the improvements to IE come from innovations pioneered by Mozilla.

Better tabbed browsing, wand is invaluable, faster rendering and quick dial FTW!

Opera as main, FF as backup. Internet exploder when a site refuses to use the other 2.........

I like Chrome's interface, but I like some of the things that firefox lets me do even more. So I like FF better, but I use Chrome.

There's a reason I don't like Opera, and as soon as I remember it, I'll post it haha.

the amount of customization possible within firefox gets it to the point that it is *Exactly* the browser i want. and that's awesome.

I would never touch another browser if I could figure out how to make it see the middle mouse button as the scroller thingymajig.

With FF, if I hold the middle mouse button down I can quickly scroll pages by simply moving my mouse up or down. Chrome doesn't appear to have this feature for me, .
